The renovation of the historic Dvořák Villa in the center of Ostrava begins
5. 11. 2025 / The long-deteriorating Villa Dvořákova from 1895, one of the architecturally valuable buildings in the Ostrava conservation area, will soon be brought back to life. The Antracit development group has handed over the building to its sister company HSF System, which will carry out a complete renovation as the contractor – a sensitive reconstruction of the historical part and a modern extension. Construction work will begin in the coming days and the villa will be transformed into a unique residence with eight apartments, whose owners will have spacious terraces or loggias, covered parking and a private garden at their disposal. The renovation is planned to be completed in early 2027, with the first owners moving in in the spring of the same year. The sale of apartments with above-standard interiors is already underway.

OSTRAVA´S PALACE WILL BE TRANSFORMED ACCORDING TO THE DESIGN OF BERLIN STUDIO KUEHN MALVEZZI ARCHITECTS
21. 11. 2025 / The winner of the international architectural and urban planning competition for the renovation of the former Hotel Palace complex in the center of Ostrava was the Berlin studio Kuehn Malvezzi Architects. According to the jury, their proposal best captured the connection between the historical value of the building and the current needs of Ostrava. The intention of the project investor, the development group Antracit, which is part of the investment holding Purposia Group, is to transform the entire city block into a living organism connecting housing, hotel services and high-quality public space.

17. 1. 2025 / We are investing CZK 18.8 million in the production hall—headquarters of our sister company, PREFA ONV. This facility for manufacturing reinforced concrete structures will gain a modern infrastructure ready for the installation of new PREFA ONV production technologies.
