“The historic villa on the corner of Dvo\u0159\u00e1kova and P\u0159\u00edvozsk\u00e1 Streets was once a family residence with a picturesque garden. After years of abandonment, it is now in a state of disrepair, but it still holds unique potential and deserves sensitive renovation that will restore its dignity. In the heart of historic Ostrava, modern housing will be created that combines tradition with modern comfort. The project is another residential initiative to which our Antracit group contributes to the development of quality urban housing in Ostrava,” <\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jan Has\u00edk, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel investi\u010dn\u00edho holdingu Purposia Group.<\/p>\n

Living in Villa Dvo\u0159\u00e1kova will offer, despite its location in the city center, unexpected privacy thanks to the intimate character of the house and thoughtful layout. The author of the villa’s renovation design and the designer of the entire building is the architectural studio Ark, headed by Petr Kundr\u00e1t: “We are preserving and adding a contemporary minimalist extension and superstructure to the existing historic building from the 19th century, while respecting the limits of heritage conservation, including preserving the cascading garden design with the original mature ash tree. Our design concept strives for a mutually complementary relationship between the historic and the new.” <\/em> After the renovation, the villa will offer eight apartments ranging from 38 to 160 m\u00b2 with barrier-free access, terraces or loggias, private garden, community areas and covered parking. Two of the eight apartments are already occupied. <\/p>\n

The construction contractor is HSF System, which emerged as the winner of a public tender based on the lowest price, in which three other entities applied. HSF System, like the investor Antracit, belongs to the investment holding Purposia Group, which will enable effective coordination of the project from preparation to implementation. “We have already taken over the construction site and will begin the construction itself in a matter of days. The work will begin with the renovation of the building and by the end of February we plan to complete the foundation slab of the modern extension. At the same time, we will also focus on the restoration of the historic facade of the original building, which will be preserved. We see the combination of original craftsmanship and contemporary architecture as an added value of the entire renovation,” <\/em> says Tom\u00e1\u0161 Hess, sales director of the HSF System construction group.<\/p>\n

Vila Dvo\u0159\u00e1kova is part of the residential portfolio of the Antracit group, which focuses on cultivating the urban environment and developing quality housing in Ostrava. In addition to apartments in Vila Dvo\u0159\u00e1kova, in 2027 Antracit will also offer rental housing in the multifunctional house V\u00e1clav, which is being built a few streets away – apartments will be available there early next year. The construction of the V\u00fd\u0161kovice terraced houses, realized using 3D printing technology, is also in the project preparation phase, and the housing sector is also included in the currently culminating architectural competition for the renovation of the former Palace Hotel complex. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n
