Antracit Spot

The project offered flexible spaces for long-term rental with individual exterior and interior design according to the needs of the current tenant, Argi Academy. This created a multifunctional sports facility tailored to the needs of parkour, gymnastics and children’s swimming. The general contractor for the construction was HSF System SK. Construction began in February 2023 and was completed at the beginning of January 2024. The 1,500 m² gymnastics center was designed with sustainability and the environment in mind. The entire building is classified in the highest energy efficiency category “extremely efficient”. The 1,000 m² grassed area is richly planted with trees and shrubs, while the hall itself is covered with a 1,000 m² green roof. The complex offers a total of 99 parking spaces. The location of the center in Považský Chlmec in Žilina allows easy access to the main city arteries and the D3 highway.
