In December 2024, in cooperation with LIVEN, we completed and approved two comfortable and energy-efficient houses in the Ostrava district of Krásná Pole. This is a 4+kk bungalow with a living area of ​​119 m² and a 5+kk two-story house with a living area of ​​163 m². Both houses are built on a wooden frame structure using Ekopanells, with the building being open to diffusion and insulated with blown insulation. The solution includes circulation heating with air recovery, heat recovery from wastewater, integrated photovoltaics, and a smart home system that allows for the management of the energy operation of the houses. The houses were implemented as a comprehensive development project – from land purchase, through architectural study and construction, to interior furnishings including all technologies. Each house also includes a terrace, garden house and covered parking for a car. This project represents another step on the path to sustainable and energy-efficient construction of the future.
